Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 10+ years’ IT experience, including 5+ years in leadership. Strong experience in pharma / healthcare / manufacturing preferred. Expertise in ERP, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals. Oversee IT infrastructure, ERP, LIMS, CRM, and enterprise systems. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations (GxP, FDA, ISO). Lead IT security, governance, and risk management. Manage IT budgets, vendors, and digital transformation projects. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team.
