Job Responsibilities

• Plan, Analyze and Implement Networking ACL’s and RBAC.
• Prepare proposal on Delivery of service, IT Strategy & Remote Services to the outlets located in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
• Responsibilities involve the day to day running of the company communication network and IT facilities while providing management level support of applications.
• Formulate policies for resolution of help desk requests and managing IT Support.
• Remote maintenance of hardware, servers, network and desktop infrastructure.
• Working in the challenging IT environment across various outlets in various cities Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad within contained budgets.
• Implementing Policies and Governance around Infrastructure.
• Formulate network security and VPN across entire outlet network in collaboration with current software vendors.
• Procurement of POS machines, IT systems and hardware for organizational needs and new outlet deployment.
• Project Management of ERP implementation and work closely with Software Vendor.

Job Specification

Candidate should have excellent leadership skills, vision and could build, manage teams. Excellent written, verbal communication is required and has to communicate with staff at all levels within the organisation. Candidate must have good hands-on experience on ERP software implementation & managing network infrastructure support. He must understand Project Management phases, deliverables and timelines. Can design & implement SOPs, structures and demonstrates decision-making abilities.
