Will be responsible for managing a maximum number of team members for the Surveillance & IT Supports department. Supervise and manage attendance and time records for every employee / manager in all our stores across the USA. Maintain daily logs and reports to ensure that adequate and accurate information on surveillance activities is kept for future access.
Maintain organizational effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. Ensure company and departmental procedures are followed.
Maintain company policy and act accordingly. Train employees on communication.
Perform other related and compatible duties as assigned by the superior authority. Understand complex information and requirements.
