Job descriptionRecruit and supervise systems engineers and I.T technicians and oversee their professional development and training. Provide reliable and effective solutions as per requirements for all business units. Improve processes to increase efficiencies, effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Develops and manages IT technology budget and monitors and approves related expenditures. Develop and implement policies and procedures for computer systems operations and department improvement. Responsible to gauge the performance of IT Support engineers on daily and monthly basis. Meet internal clients to discuss system requirements and improvements in current operations. Design and Maintain Company's Local and Wide area network infrastructure. Implement and monitor network security at all levels. Responsible of designing and maintaining Voice over IP network. Responsible for providing high Internet and email system with appropriate security organization wide. Responsible for the provision and provide 24 / 7 support of IT infrastructure services including desktop applications, IT security and telecommunications for all business units. Responsible for IT hardware, software maintenance and procurement.
Job Specification
- Call Center Experience / Background required.
- Minimum 8 years experience in IT field, in dept technical knowledge and experience of Network & systems, CCNA / CCNP / MCP / MCSE certifications.
- Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills - very good command of both spoken and written English and Urdu.
