• Overall IT experience of 5 - 7 years, including software implementation life cycle and infrastructure deployment support in management role
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Experience supporting latest branded routers & switches, and Precision hardware would be an advantage
• Experience with various handheld devices
• Working knowledge of Windows Server
