Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
Develop and maintain brand equity and spearhead annual and long-term marketing innovation, strategic planning, brand plans, and IMC plans while ensuring sufficiency and efficiency to contribute to the achievement of brand goals.
Manage and develop category marketing strategy (and contribute to overall brand strategy) to play a part in market growth including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for short as well as long term.
Work in collaboration with PR, Digital, Creative, and Visual to deliver 360° marketing campaigns.
Research and analyze customer and market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights and use this to make informed strategic decisions.
Create and deliver category-specific marketing strategies for each product / launch that includes Creative, Digital, PR, ATL / BTL, TVC / DVC, and any other relevant elements.
Frequently and seamlessly communicate and collaborate with all marketing, creative, sales, planning, product, and retail functions and key stakeholders to build and execute 360° campaigns / strategies.
Manage marketing budgets, analyze marketing and relevant financial reporting, and measure campaigns / strategies to report ROI.
Ensure all brand assets are maintained and delivered to the marketing brief and to the deadline for launch.
Identify category trends and lead research plans to uncover unmet consumer needs to fuel brand growth. A passion for mining qualitative and quantitative data to identify ownable insights, plus tenacity to align internal stakeholders will be critical.
