Brand Management
Support the development of brand strategies and marketing plans across the organization. Generate reports on target markets' business activities, price structures, marketing activities, sales and inventory records, brand positions, packaging, etc. Manage day-to-day progress of product marketing planning and execution. Ensure that all marketing plans align with established business goals. Provide Import Plan according to yearly needs-requirements. Guide pricing across different channels and geographic areas to ensure consistency with strategy.
Innovative Techniques & Research
Find new campaigns and activities to implement. Contribute to out-of-the-box ideas that translate into new projects. Develop focused concepts and product ideas that offer a competitive advantage. Work closely with the plant to ensure creative packaging and supply. Assist the Marketing Manager in all occasions of dealer-farmer and company interaction.
Advertising & Promotion
Work with advertising and promotional agencies to develop innovative and cost-effective ideas for promoting brand equities with the right positioning. Plan and run BTL activities.
Job Specification
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Excellent time management skills, effective interpersonal and active listening skills, good writing and summarization skills, ability to lead others, work effectively with a wide variety of people, encourage teamwork, and motivate others to achieve results. Working knowledge of MS Office.
Qualifications and Experience :
MBA in Marketing from HEC recognized institution. Minimum 4-5 years of experience.
