Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of annual brand plans and marketing strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, digital, and retail) to ensure timely rollout of marketing campaigns and brand activations.
Support in planning and executing ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor brand performance through market research, sales data, and competitor analysis.
Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all marketing materials and platforms.
Collaborate with agencies and vendors for creative development, media buying, and promotional activities.
Prepare post-campaign reports and provide insights to improve future marketing initiatives.
Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and administrative coordination for brand activities.
Support new product launches and promotional events to strengthen brand presence in the market.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Creative and strategic thinking
Strong coordination and project management abilities
Attention to detail and brand aesthetics
Team player with a proactive approach
