GE Solucions is currently looking for a passionate Technical Recruitment Specialist. We’re seeking a specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the overall hiring strategy of the organization to hire diverse and qualified candidates.
- Perform searches for qualified candidates using databases, networking, internet sources, cold calls, and referrals.
- Handle the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and negotiation.
- Use creative sourcing techniques to find active and passive talent through websites and social media platforms.
- Build the candidate pipeline proactively by implementing strategies such as employer branding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to plan staffing needs.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions aligned with each role’s requirements.
Job Requirements
At least 1 year of experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the IT industry.Bachelor’s degree in HR or a relevant field.Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and close recruitment deals.Job Offerings
