Responsibilities : Develop and execute an effective recruitment plan. Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees. Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives. Initiate testing methodologies to ensure competency levels match job roles. Develop team-building exercises and workshops. Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals. Resolve conflict within groups. Diagnose potential organizational problem areas. Collaborate with the management to provide strategic support in accomplishing business goals in terms of human capital. Job Specification : BS / BA / MBA degree from a reputable university 3-5 years of experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information.
