Job Responsibility
Analyzing client’s HR requirements, posting on various forums, collecting relevant CVs from existing data bank as well as through new searches, matching the qualifications and skills with the published requirements, and negotiate with the shortlisted candidates.
A candidate analysis includes assessment of consultant’s skills (techie or functional), negotiation of expected rates and employment terms & conditions, availability, etc., communicate with stakeholders and also record in the history notes box.
Preparing Recruiting Log, New Hire Package draft with complete details with respect to Vendor and client as well.
Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and standards to continuously improve departmental and institutional efficiency.
