Karachi, Pakistan
as a

employee. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in
international hiring , with a solid understanding of
Middle East hiring practices, legalities, and documentation requirements . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles across local and international markets. Partner directly with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver top-quality candidates. Leverage exceptional negotiation and communication skills to close critical roles under tight deadlines. Utilize best-in-class ATS platforms and recruitment tools to streamline processes. Ensure compliance with international hiring regulations and Middle East-specific requirements. Requirements 6+ years of proven technical recruiting experience
in the software industry. Strong track record in international hiring , especially in the Middle East region. Excellent client management, communication, and negotiation skills . Ability to work under pressure
