is looking for an experienced
Call Quality Agent
with exceptional communication skills in English for our office located in
DHA1, Sector F, Rawalpindi .
Timings : 10 AM - 7 PM
Location :
DHA1, Sector F, Rawalpindi
Responsibilities :
Conducting and coordinating English language assessments for new and existing employees, including interviews (both in-house and third-party external).
Daily call quality monitoring of all employees (1-5 calls per day). Collaborate as part of a team to ensure quality service delivery.
Coaching and mentoring staff on spoken English, vocabulary, and pronunciation to improve their English skills through feedback via quality checks.
Providing customer service training specific to UK culture and UK English language. Ongoing training and development (CPD) to enhance employees' English language skills.
Performing QA of transcribed files.
Developing, maintaining, and managing auto-scored English language proficiency assessments to ensure applicants can communicate effectively with customers in various countries.
Qualifications :
Graduate Degree (Master / PhD) in English Literature, Applied Linguistics, Educational Linguistics, Psychology, or related fields, with a focus on language proficiency assessment / testing and research.
At least 4-5 years of experience in English teaching, preferably in IELTS / PTE or Cambridge English exams.
IELTS / CEFR certification, PTE, language certificates, Oxford English Test, and British Council experience are required.
Experience in coaching on accent and grammar is an advantage.
Relevant national and international experience is a plus.
