Director Of Administrations

Farzeens Fitness First is looking for a senior management professional who oversees our organization. The Director of Human Resources will oversee managers and assist them in managing a department, team, or project. Responsibilities include overseeing payroll of managers, hiring / firing managers, and recruiting managers.

Some common duties of a director include :

• Creating business strategies and proposing implementation methods
• Handling incoming phone calls and other communications
• Scheduling & Planning a Patent Calendar
• Communicating with company executive - Dr. Farzeen
• Conducting manager performance reviews
• Preparing business plans, budgets, and schedules
• Providing managers with the resources they need
• Ensuring managers comply with company and legal requirements
• Overseeing a department's overall performance
• Greeting clients and visitors into the company premises
• Managing files, updating paperwork, and other documents
• Performing other general office duties and errands
• Knowledge of social media and creative skills

Job Specification

You must have true leadership ability, superior customer service skills, and strong oral and written communication skills. Strong proficiency with technology tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google, and Outlook is required. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
