Execute operational plans with defined actions and timelines while supporting ICAP functions across the Northern Region, including Examinations, Education & Training, Members’ Affairs, Legal & Corporate, Finance, and IT, ensuring timely and efficient task completion. Supervise administrative heads of regional offices, ensuring compliance, internal controls, and the effective implementation of ICAP’s policies. Represent ICAP at government and non-government forums across the Northern Region. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ICAP members, corporate sector, education partners, and government departments. Job Specifications
The candidate should be a fellow member of ICAP having at least 15 years of post-qualification experience or a Master’s degree in Business Administration / Management or other related fields with a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, including at least 05 years in a C-level position. Demonstrate leadership competencies in strategic planning and stakeholder management. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing multi-functional operations across the Region.
