This role is to maintain and improve the Buksh Motors Market Image. This involves the development and implementation of sales plans to achieve the sales targets. It also involves improving the effectiveness of all customer service related activities of the whole Region.
Principle Accountabilities :
- To develop and execute sales plans and programs, both short and long term.
- Ensures that effective administration supports the sales department.
- Ensures systems are updated by adding vehicles to stock and quoting and ordering vehicles that are sold. Ensures all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Achieve all deadlines as set by Sales Manager.
- Ensures all clerical tasks are carried out in accordance with dealership requirements.
- Ensure effective liaison with all members of the sales team to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
- Uses the computerized systems efficiently like VISTA, GDN etc to ensure swift and accurate information is obtained.
- Follow hand over procedure as described by Land Rover and Jaguar and keep documentation in record for audit purposes.
