We are looking for a highly skilled individual to spearhead the Integrated Systems Department. The individual will be responsible for developing and coordinating the implementation of initiatives and programs that span across FMS. He / She will perform planning and coordinating functions and provide technical guidance in the design, development, and implementation of organizational goals.
Job Specification
Qualification :
- Masters’ degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Project Management or other relevant fields from HEC recognized, national or international university / institute
- Undergraduate qualification in health, public policy, public administration or economics preferred
Experience :
4-6 years of experience in project managementIn-depth knowledge and experience in developing and implementing strategic plans1-2 years’ experience in a leadership role preferablePrevious experience in development sector preferablePrevious experience in organizational coordination and change management role preferableSkills :
