Deputy Manager Sales - Tender Management
This position shall be responsible for retaining clients and building relationships with various institutions. Moreover, meeting financial objectives and performance measures through a solutions-oriented and collaborative sales approach.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop PR with existing and potential institutions.
- Retain clients and extend the life of relationships by building trust and confidence in Master’s capabilities and organizational stability.
- Establish new relationships by proactively prospecting and marketing to potential new clients.
- Regular follow-up on orders and upcoming demand.
- Observe and evaluate the performance of reporting Sales Team members on a regular basis.
- Act as mentor for the reporting staff and train them on technicalities as and when needed.
- Authorize monthly plans for reporting sales team members.
- Visit hotels, private hospitals, colleges and surgical markets for follow ups whenever necessary for making effective contact for business generation.
- Visit the institutions of regular business to have good relations with concerned authorities.
- Manage the balance of respective dealing accounts. Regular follow up for the payment against the supply made to the accounts.
- Proper documentation of submitting tenders.
- Proper follow up of invoice and submission of billing.
- Responsible for Institutional Sales with Govt. Hospitals, Universities, Pak Railway, Pak Army and Cadet Colleges.
- Responsible for Direct Sales with Hotels, Private Hospitals, Surgical Markets, Private Universities / Colleges and Private Hostels, Clubs, etc.
- Any other task assigned by the management related to Sales & Marketing.
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
Education : MBA or any other equivalent qualification
Experience : 06 to 08 Years
