Highly Keen is looking for a Deputy Manager Business Development for one of its clients related to the Flex industry.
Responsibilities
Visit corporate clients to achieve quarterly sales targets. Find new clients, discover their current outdoor and indoor needs, and collaborate with seniors to pitch them effectively through presentations. Contact old customers who have stopped buying from us, build strong relationships with them, and persuade them to become customers again. Monitor competitor activities and inform seniors about relevant insights. Prepare weekly visit, sales, and market intelligence reports and submit them to seniors. Maintain courteous behavior with clients and foster good working relationships. Resolve client complaints on the spot or inform seniors about complaints that exceed your scope. Accompany new hires for job orientation and on-the-job coaching. Maintain discipline among team members. Perform other tasks related to corporate sales as assigned by seniors. Job Specification
