Position Purpose :

The position will be responsible for to drive sales by managing entire sales cycle process, building client relationships, to achieve revenue and market share goals. This involves identifying new leads, developing customized solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction, while also staying current with industry trends and regulations.

Job Description :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales plans
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and lead qualification to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Conduct site visits and energy assessments to understand customer needs
• Prepare customer proposals in coordination with Pre Sales function
• Assist back-end functions in arranging accurate information for detailed study and proposal formations
• Assist Channel business team for the development and management of channel partners in the allocated region
• Stay up to date on RE technologies, financing options and government incentives
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project executions and performance reports
• Ensure profitability and financial health of sales operations
