We are now expanding our digital reach and looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer who can not only manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms but also craft conversion-driven sales content that generates quality leads.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube Ads Develop and execute organic social media growth strategies across relevant platforms Analyze ad performance and implement strategies for lead generation and ROI improvement Write high-converting sales content for : Ad copies Landing pages Video scripts Social media creatives and promotional posts Emails campaigns Collaborate with our design and development teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding A / B test ad creatives, headlines, and landing page elements to improve performance Provide regular performance reports and data-driven insights

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and performance ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) Proven experience in organic online growth and social media marketing Strong portfolio of high-conversion ad copies, landing pages, or sales content Deep understanding of audience targeting, lead generation funnels, and conversion tracking Excellent English writing skills with a creative and persuasive tone Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Comfortable working EST timezone hours (8 hours / day) Fast and reliable internet connection for remote work Strong work ethic and a performance-driven mindset
