Role Description

We are seeking a Video Content Creator & Digital Marketer to join us as part of our Early Employees Empowerment Program.

This is a remote-friendly role based in the Karachi Division, with opportunities to grow alongside the organisation.

As an early employee, you will :

Responsibilities

• Produce and edit high-quality video content for campaigns, product launches, and social media.
• Execute digital marketing strategies to build brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
• Analyse metrics and performance data to refine campaigns.
• Collaborate with our creative and strategic teams to bring IBTIKAREX’s vision to life.
