Responsibilities : Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region. Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals. Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term. Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements. Establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives. Accomplishing sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Analyzing regional market trends and discovering new opportunities for growth. Managing significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success and regional growth. Managing company products, services, features, and benefits knowledge. Counseling, training, and guiding direct reports to drive organization plans for achieving sales goals. Initiating and innovating marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs. Holding and directing sales meetings. Defining and implementing regional sales plans, writing presentations, reports, and price quotations, and supporting contract negotiations. Informing on regional competitive activities and overall marketplace on time. Presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Working with K-12 schools, universities, and the corporate sector to determine needs and initiatives. Coordinating sales efforts with sales management, operations, and company leadership. Identifying advantages and comparing organization’s products / services. Maintaining strong, ongoing working relationships with existing customers to enhance the customer experience resulting in future sales and referrals. Job Specification
Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs). Familiarity with CRM, SSD, CMS, SMS, LMS, or ERP software. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
