Key Responsibilities :
- Liaise with all stakeholders and optimize training processes for efficiency
- Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
- Ensure strategic alignment of the training department with business goals
- Develop and deliver training sessions for SBDM and upper-tier
- Ensure the exhibition of organizational values and integrity
- Deliver training through various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions
- Create, update, and refine training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
- Evaluate employee performance and identify skill gaps
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes
- Recommend and implement new training techniques or tools to improve program outcomes
Core Competencies & Skills :
Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder managementExceptional skills in strategic planning, analytical insights, and process improvementProficient in Microsoft Office tools / MS Office suiteEligibility Criteria :
Experience : Must have 5-6 years of experience in the training and development department
