About the Role
The Senior Manager – Sales is responsible for driving the overall sales performance of real estate projects, leading a dynamic sales team, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The role involves developing strategic plans, expanding the client base, managing high‑value relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. This position requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and a results‑oriented mindset to thrive in a fast‑paced real estate environment. Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets Explore new markets, customer segments, and property types Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure performance excellence Assign sales targets, monitor individual and team KPIs, and conduct performance evaluations Foster a culture of accountability and motivation within the team Build and maintain strong client relationships, including with high‑net‑worth individuals and investors Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively Maintain accurate sales pipelines and generate regular reports using CRM tools Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize sales processes Oversee proper documentation and verification of all sales agreements Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field 7 to 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms and data‑driven decision making Required Skills
Strong leadership and team development abilities Exceptional negotiation and closing skills Excellent verbal and written communication Deep understanding of real estate regulations and market trends High standards of professionalism, integrity, and result orientation Pay range and compensation package
