• You are proficient in Scheduling, Sales, Google Workspace, Executive support, Executive assistance.
• You have the potential to develop in Sales operations in roofing, Sales Reporting, Proposal development, Data entry, Basic Data Tracking.
• English - Fully fluent

Responsibilities and more

We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Sales Manager Assistant to provide day‑to‑day support for our Sales Manager. This role blends sales coordination with executive and personal assistant duties, making it a great fit for someone who’s organized, proactive, and enjoys helping operations run smoothly.

Pay : $200 per week

Schedule : Monday–Friday, hours vary (on‑call and flexible depending on the Sales Manager’s schedule).

Status : Full-time.

Start Date : Immediate Hire.

Remote position.

Previous experience working as an assistant for a CEO and / or any other high level positions is required.
