Overview
We’re a fast-growing, mostly remote services company with 50+ employees across multiple cities, specializing in CRM & AI solutions. We’re looking for an experienced Organizational & Performance Consultant to help us strengthen our company culture, improve employee engagement frameworks, and ensure our people thrive at every stage of growth.
As an Organizational & Performance Consultant , your primary responsibility will be to assess our current employee engagement systems, recommend performance improvement strategies, and help design scalable people processes that align with our rapid growth. You’ll work closely with our leadership and HR teams to develop and implement initiatives that drive motivation, accountability, and high performance.
This is a short-term consulting engagement (with potential for ongoing advisory work), approximately 20–30 hours / week for 2 months , with flexible hours between 6 pm - 2 am M-F .
Responsibilities
- Assess Current Culture & Systems : Evaluate our existing culture, management systems, and employee engagement initiatives to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Strategize on Employee Motivation & Performance : Recommend actionable strategies to increase employee motivation, accountability, and performance across a remote workforce.
- Design Onboarding & Development Processes : Revamp our onboarding process to ensure new hires feel connected to the team from day one. Help build personal growth plans for our team members.
- Create Performance Frameworks : Develop clear, actionable frameworks for performance reviews, goal-setting, and feedback systems.
- Long-Term Organizational Design : Advise on organizational design strategies as we scale from 50 → 200 → 500+ employees, ensuring we maintain a strong culture and performance-driven environment at every stage.
Experience & Skills
Experience : Proven track record in organizational culture development, performance systems, or HR strategy in a high-growth environment.Skills : Deep understanding of employee engagement frameworks, onboarding best practices, performance review systems, and personal growth plans.Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a partially remote team.Consulting Mindset : Experience working as a consultant or advisor, able to quickly assess, advise, and implement systems with minimal supervision.Communication : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Project Details

$400 fixed + $100 monthly bonus for successful project completion.
