Job Purpose
The DM OD will drive organizational excellence at BCL by designing agile, efficient organizational structures and leveraging advanced HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making. This role will align workforce strategies with BCL’s business objectives, enhancing operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
Organizational Design and Optimization : Conduct comprehensive assessments of organizational structure to optimize reporting lines, role clarity, and resource allocation across all sites. Design and implement workforce planning strategies, including succession planning and job leveling, to support business growth and transformation initiatives. Recommend structural changes to enhance collaboration, agility, and efficiency, collaborating with the CHRO and department heads. Develop competency frameworks and organizational charts to align roles with industry best practices and BCL’s strategic goals. Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new structures, including stakeholder communication and training. HR Analytics and Insights : Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards to track key metrics (e.g., employee engagement, turnover rates, performance trends) using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or HRIS platforms. Analyze workforce data to identify trends, forecast talent needs, and provide actionable insights for strategic HR decisions (e.g., retention strategies, leadership development). Ensure data integrity and compliance with Pakistan’s data protection regulations, maintaining secure storage and handling of employee information. Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for senior management and the Board, aligning insights with BCL’s cost leadership and operational objectives. Integrate analytics into organizational design decisions, using data to validate structural recommendations and measure their impact. Qualifications and Experience Education : Master’s degree in HR Management. Certification in HR analytics (e.g., SHRM Analytics, People Analytics) or Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus. Experience : 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years specializing in organizational design and / or HR analytics. Experience in manufacturing or cement industry preferred. Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in HRIS, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and organizational design software (e.g., Visio, OrgPlus). Soft Skills : Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on data-driven solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence senior leadership. Proven project management skills to lead transformation initiatives under tight deadlines.
