Development Manager

Mobile Weaver (Pvt) Ltd., Pakistan

Close co-ordination with Architect
Breakdown the tasks and assign to respective resources based on skill set
Monitor and report progress of assigned tasks
Document activities
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work requires extensive work using a computer. Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported.
Resource shall expect that they will require traveling abroad on the assigned projects.

Job Specification

Strong understanding and working experience of IT project management

Product Development Life cycle management

Quality Assurance and system documentation

Excellent management and communication capabilities

Process and performance oriented personality with previous exposure to deadline based working

Proactive team management

Firm Knowledge of .NET technologies, Web application development and Infrastructure Management

Should also be able to understand business models and identify constraints
