Overview
Telesales Executive will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers introducing them to our products and services, generating and managing leads, providing customer support and service, and achieving sales targets within a specified deadline.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
- Generate and manage leads; qualify and follow up on prospects.
- Provide customer support and address queries, issues and complaints.
- Work toward achieving sales targets within deadlines.
- Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software; multitask and manage time effectively.
- Work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Qualifications
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably via phone.Cool-tempered, able to handle rejection, and strong customer service skills.Experience in lead generation and achieving sales targets.Strong interpersonal and selling skills; problem solving and pressure handling.Experience with CRM software and MS Office.Benefits
