Telesales Executive will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers introducing them to our products and services, generating and managing leads, providing customer support and service, and achieving sales targets within a specified deadline. Responsibilities
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. Customer service skills and experience in handling customer queries, issues and complaints. Experience in lead generation and successful track record of achieving sales targets.
