Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
Identify decision-makers and build relationships to create interest in company services.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate information on leads, prospects, and follow-up actions.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversions.
Understand customer needs and effectively communicate value propositions.
Follow up on leads from digital marketing campaigns and cold outreach.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Ensure all communication aligns with company standards and brand voice.
