About the Role

Noha Global Services Pvt. Ltd., Pakistan’s first woman-led Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) company, is hiring a Supervisor (FM) for its Lahore operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facilities management operations, ensuring service quality, and leading janitorial / technical teams to deliver excellence at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise FM staff, including janitorial and housekeeping teams, ensuring compliance with SOPs and company standards.
• Monitor attendance, daily tasks, and staff deployment at assigned sites.
• Ensure delivery of cleaning, housekeeping, and maintenance services in line with client expectations.
• Liaise with clients for issue resolution and provide daily / weekly reporting to HO.
• Conduct on-site training, performance monitoring, and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Coordinate consumable deliveries and manage vendor follow-ups when required.
• Support in handling emergencies, escalations, and ad-hoc client requests.
