Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MW Planning and Integration Engineer to join our team. The MW Planning and Integration Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and integrating microwave communication systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and experience with MW planning and integration. Key Responsibilities : - Plan and design microwave communication systems for clients based on their specific needs and requirements - Conduct site surveys and analyze data to determine optimal locations for microwave equipment - Perform link budget analysis and path calculations to ensure proper signal strength and quality - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary equipment and materials - Install, configure, and integrate microwave equipment into existing communication networks - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation and integration - Conduct testing and commissioning of microwave systems to ensure proper functioning - Provide technical support and assistance to clients as needed - Stay updated on industry trends and developments in microwave technology to make recommendations for improvements and upgrades Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in MW planning and integration - Strong knowledge of microwave communication systems and equipment - Experience with link budget analysis and path calculations - Proficient in using software tools for MW planning and design - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to travel to client sites as needed Location : This position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.
