Operations Executive

Overview

We are looking for an Executive Operations in our Fulfillment vertical. You will be joining in a lively and productive workplace where we work together to help other businesses run better. Responsibilities

Engage with key supply stakeholders, onboard train and register truckers

Monitor and enhance performance of supply teams

Manage communications between sales and supply teams

Manage on-site operations on a daily basis, ensuring discipline and compliance as per previously set standards

Deal with any crises that may arise in order to ensure smooth flow of operations

Manage both, vendor side and client side, relationships

Manage the receivables / payments side of the operations by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders (inter and intra company)

Strong interpersonal, MS Office, communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an HEC approved institute.

0-2 years of experience in logistics and preferably in logistics operations.

A can-do attitude.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Strong negotiation skills.
