Executive Sales Operations / CS (Team Lead)

Responsibilities and Authorities :
- Organizing Sales Operations Section in assigned area.
- Ensuring staff training and motivation within section to achieve individual targets / objectives.
- Handling of operational matters of the sales operations team.
- Direct handling of customer inquiries such as delivery, price, quality, etc.
- Production delivery control in coordination with import / export section.
- Looking after making and checking of PI.
- Controlling delivery date of each order in close coordination and follow-up with factory.
- Checking payment control in coordination with sales staff.
- Coordinating with sales staff for arrangements and smooth processing of regular orders.
- Sharing information with Shipping Section for documentation.
- Achieving excellence in customer satisfaction by providing smooth and active customer services.
- Any other duty assigned by management.
Job Specification
Skills and Knowledge :
Good communication skills in Urdu & English and computer literacy.Ability to handle sales inquiries.Documentation knowledge of customs / banks, etc.Must be detail-oriented and have problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.#J-18808-Ljbffr
