Engineering Team Lead

You'll harness your technological insight and collaborate with Product Managers to create products that enrich users' lives, leveraging multiple disciplines to achieve our technological and business vision.

Your responsibilities include delivering scalable, high-quality products, applying industry trends, and challenging your peers. You will conceive, design, and deliver complex products within your stream, with an intimate knowledge of the business domain and a focus on user experience.

A Team Lead is an expert in team building, understanding team dynamics, and harnessing individual strengths to enhance efficiency. She / He believes in our core values and empowers the team to make the right decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gain an up-to-date understanding of the dubizzle platform, technologies, and industry trends.
• Share broad knowledge of technologies and architectures; mentor within your product stream and across teams.
• Collaborate to ensure the delivery of high-standard software.
• Promote coding standards, guidelines, and best practices across the company.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, setting challenging but achievable goals.
• Monitor team performance, identify growth opportunities, and support personal development.
• Manage daily operational aspects of projects and scope.
