Should be able to design application architecture; choose design patterns, frameworks, tools, review code & re-factor code etc.

Job Specification

This is the most demanding position and requires the following skill set. Individual must have :

• An MS degree from a premier institute in computer Engineering.
• Extensive experience building web-based enterprise-level applications using Microsoft technologies including Visual Studio.Net (C#, VB, ASP, SQL Server 2008 / 2005) (at least two years proven track record).
• Thorough understanding and hands-on experience in the development of all layers of enterprise applications to analyze system scalability, integration, and performance issues.
• Experience in Extreme Programming, Data Warehousing, Data Mining, and OLAP will be an added advantage.
