Engineering Team Lead

• Share broad knowledge of technologies and architectures; mentor within your product stream and across teams.
• Collaborate to ensure the delivery of high-standard software.
• Promote coding standards, guidelines, and best practices across the company.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, setting challenging but achievable goals.
• Monitor team performance, identify growth areas, and encourage development.
• Manage daily project operations and scope.
• Create optimal working environments and methodologies for your team.
• Influence the technical vision within your stream.
• Shape strong cross-functional teams aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, Design, UX, CLM, and Strategy teams.
• Hire top engineering talent to build high-performing teams.
• Own business KPIs as a link between product and business functions.
