The Project Team Lead will be involved in analyzing systems requirement from Systems Analyst. Designing overall system architecture and framework. Efficiently managing resources to produce desired solution

Job Specification

REQUIREMENTS :

3+ years minimum experience in Application Development with experience in Design, Object Oriented Analysis, Design, Object Oriented Programming in J2EE, Java, and JSP.

• Experience required in UML and
• Websphere / Weblogic Application Server.
• Experience in engineering J2EE applications within the Weblogic platform.
• Candidate is required to have 1-2 years as a Team Lead with mentoring and coaching skills.
• Experience in analysis, detail design and software architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and self motivation. Able to work in a team environment and independently.

QUALIFICATION :

Master / Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent education from reputable local or foreign university
