Project Team

The Project Team Lead will be involved in analyzing systems requirement from Systems Analyst, designing overall system architecture and framework, and efficiently managing resources to produce the desired solution.

Requirements

• 3+ years minimum experience in Application Development with experience in Design, Object Oriented Analysis, Design, Object Oriented Programming in J2EE, Java, and JSP.
• Experience required in UML and
• Websphere / Weblogic Application Server.
• Experience in engineering J2EE applications within the Weblogic platform.
• Candidate is required to have 1-2 years as a Team Lead with mentoring and coaching skills.
• Experience in analysis, detail design and software architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and self motivation. Able to work in a team environment and independently.
