As a Product Analyst, you will lead end-to-end user segmentation, turning complex data into actionable insights that fuel personalization and growth. It partners closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to design tailored strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and monetization. Collaborate in decision-making through clear, impactful storytelling. With strong executive communication, it ensures data-driven strategies align with business goals and resonate across senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end segmentation process, from data exploration to actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute customized plans for user segments.
• Leverage GA4 (or equivalent tools) to build and manage  Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs)  and develop data applications on top of user segments.
• Provide strategic input on personalization initiatives based on segmentation findings.
• Identify patterns and trends that drive  user growth, retention, and monetization .
• Partner with product and growth teams to accelerate  product analytics and growth strategies .
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to guide decision-making.
• Develop and present  case studies and strategic insights  to senior leadership, including the  CXO layer .
• Communicate findings effectively through compelling data storytelling and impactful visualizations.
• Take ownership of stakeholder engagement, ensuring data-driven strategies align with business objectives.
