About the role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruiting team and help us place sources and hire candidates faster. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll be responsible for sourcing potential candidates, doing the first-round screening for applicants, and ensuring a strong candidate experience. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a sustainable long-term pipeline for our company's current and future roles.
What you\'ll be doing
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks
Create JDs and assessments based on the requirements of the role
Screen applicants through video interviews and create interview kits
Nurture pre-existing candidates in the database to ensure our pool of candidates is well maintained
Develop your personal profile and brand through LinkedIn and other social media to promote the company and attract potential candidates
Maintain the ATS with up-to-date information and ensure all our SOPs are being followed
Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill
Who are we looking for?
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other Human Resources Management Software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
A degree in Human Resources would be preferred
Attention to detail and ability to handle over 6-10 interviews per day
