Overview We are hiring a skilled Chat Support Representative to join our team for night shift operations. In this role, you will provide support to customers via chat, assist with inquiries, and maintain a high standard of service. The ideal candidate is proficient in English, with good typing skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers through live chat, providing prompt and accurate responses

Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Maintain professionalism and empathy to ensure a positive customer experience

Meet daily performance targets and maintain punctuality for optimal support coverage

Accurately document interactions and follow-up requirements as needed

Requirements

Education : Intermediate or equivalent

Skills : English proficiency with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM

Shift : Night shift, 6 PM to 6 AM

Compensation

Salary : 45,000 PKR basic, with an additional 5,000 PKR punctuality bonus

Incentives : Daily performance-based incentives on meeting targets
