In this role, you’ll optimize sales processes, manage performance metrics, and support the sales team to improve productivity and drive results. You’ll also maintain sales tools and systems, analyse data, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Optimize and streamline sales processes and workflows.

Analyse sales performance data and create regular reports.

Manage CRM systems and sales tools to ensure data accuracy.

Provide training and support for the sales team.

Assist with sales forecasting, compensation, and incentive programs.

Qualifications :

2–3 years of experience in sales operations or call centre management.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Location : 1st floor City Hall & Intersection of Airport Road & Gulzar‑e‑Quaid, Rawalpindi.
