Job Specification

Visit 12 salons per day

Educate clients on L’Oreal’s various technical products

Receive regular training (product, hands-on, and sales) by L’Oreal to ensure complete comfort with product knowledge and usage

Develop a strong relationship with the salon owner / manager

Encourage salon ladies to come to the L’Oreal Academy for training

Communicate monthly promotions and marketing launches

Achieve target turnover per salon
