Job Description

Communication with Leads provided by the company
Update CRM records
Level 1 customer support
Keep himself updated with company’s products and schemes
Attend sales meetings
Update sheets / report work on a daily basis
Sales Target achievement
Continuous improvement in work quality with positive mind and attitude
Punctuality
Maintenance of office decorum

Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Providing product information and demonstration to customers

Sales Targets : Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Customer Satisfaction : Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support

Lead Conversion Rate : Improving lead conversion rates to increase sales

Response Time : Ensuring timely response to customer inquiries and requests

Retention Rate : Increasing customer retention rate through proactive engagement and support
