Meeting or exceeding performance targets and quality standards.

Qualifications :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work during the night shift (Monday to Friday, 08 : 00 PM to 05 : 00 AM).
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required.
