Job Summary
As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and booking appointments for our sales team. You’ll play a key role in generating leads, building relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound B2B cold calls to business clients in the US market.
- Introduce Think Siera’s services (Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.) in a professional manner.
- Qualify prospects based on their needs and budget. Set up appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM tools.
- Follow up on warm leads and nurture ongoing relationships.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call / appointment targets.
- Provide feedback on call scripts and lead quality to improve performance.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 Years of experience as a cold caller, telemarketer, or similar sales role.Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Confident, persuasive, and energetic personality.Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections.Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Basic understanding of digital marketing and web services is a plus.Competitive fixed salary + attractive commission / bonus plan.Performance-based bonuses.Growth opportunities within the company.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
