The Role

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive with 1.5–2 years of experience in lead generation and client acquisition. You’ll play a key role in growing Workzap’s client base through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and freelance platforms like Upwork. If you’re proactive, persuasive, and excited to connect with global clients, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns. Identify and qualify leads on Upwork and other freelance platforms. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups. Support the creation of proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Track leads, outreach activities, and conversion metrics in CRM tools. Collaborate with leadership to refine sales scripts and outreach strategies. What We’re Looking For

1.5–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation. Proven ability in cold calling and LinkedIn-based client outreach. Familiarity with Upwork or other freelance platforms is a strong plus. Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Compensation, Location & Timings

Compensation :

PKR 35,000 – 50,000 / month (based on experience) + commission on every client closed. Timings :

7 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM (night shift). Location :

Rawalpindi, Saidpur Road (on-site role). This role is designed for candidates ready to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with direct exposure to international clients.
